Inside of jacket with some staining (barely visible on front of jacket), spine ends very lightly rubbed, endpapers and half title slightly foxed, some underlinings and highlighting and marginal notes to ca. 20 pages (half of these just highlighting of individual names in the notes and index), a good to very good copy of this scarce New South Wales local history.
